Do I need to install an app?
No. Gatezy opens in the browser, on any phone. If you like, you can add it to the home screen like an app.
What if there's no internet at the entrance?
Staff keep scanning as usual. Entries are saved on the phone and sent as soon as the connection is back.
Can a QR code be used twice?
No. The second time the screen warns that the guest has already entered, and shows at what time.
Can guests pay at the door?
Yes. You decide event by event whether to enable the cash desk; takings appear in the final report.
What happens to my guests' data?
It's used only for your event. We don't sell it and we don't use it for advertising.
